One of our key differentiators from a recruiting perspective is an internal system of checks and balances.   As a consultant, you will be assigned to a dedicated Practice Manager based on your skillset and area of expertise.   In addition to reporting to an Engagement Manager for each client project, your Practice Manager is focused on your overall career path, and provides input into your assignments based on your individual, long-term career goals.

All of the founding partners at Centroid are technical professionals that are actively engaged in the day-to-day operation of the business.    Our collaborative and open office environment provides all employees with easy access to senior management.
