Situation  

Veinsa Motors, a leading automotive distributor in Costa Rica, represents four global automotive brands and operates 15 branches across the country. As the business grew, Veinsa faced several operational challenges. The company’s systems were disconnected, making financial consolidation and reporting for shareholders and banks both time-consuming and complex. Purchasing and import processes were managed separately across brands, which limited Veinsa’s ability to negotiate effectively at a global level.
