Navigating on the Road to Fusion

As an Oracle E-Business Suite customer running 11i, there are multiple roads that lead to advanced functionality available in Oracle Fusion:

  • Stay on 11.5.10 and receive extended support through 2012 and move to Oracle Fusion later
  • Upgrade to Release 12 and move to Oracle Fusion later
  • Stay on 11.5.10 extended support in 2011 and move to Oracle Fusion earlier

Additionally, while there are no “written in stone” rules regarding upgrading versus reimplementing a significant ERP system, there are some key considerations that must be weighed heavily to determine the right direction for your specific situation.
