We are currently looking to add an Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant to our Application /Industry Practice.

  • Responsible for gathering business requirements /system requirements.
  • Work with the business functional areas to research and identify the best technical solution to support the most efficient business processes.
  • Responsible for documenting technical specifications/requirements.
  • Develop and support custom extensions/interfaces
  • Adhere to development standards, processes, guidelines and procedures including Oracle A.I.M. Methodology.
  • Produce unit test scripts and support all testing activities.
  • Performs new module implementations, upgrades, and application integrations.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and work with team members and members of other functional teams to coordinate and meet deliverables.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multi-task and interpret business and technical requirements.

     

    Location: Troy

    Travel:  25% - 75%

    Salary: Commensurate with experience and skill

     

    Required Skills: 

     

    • 5-10 years Oracle e-Business Suite techno-functional experience.
    • Hands on experience in development using best practices and standards on Oracle technologies.
    • Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development
    • Oracle Forms and Reports development
    • Oracle applications  11i & R12 EBS
    • XML Publisher
    • Oracle database basic knowledge
    • Experience with Oracle EBS Open Interfaces and API's
    • 7 plus years industry experience.
    • Must be technically proficient and functionally knowledgeable in at least four Oracle EBS modules (e.g. AR, AP, CE, GL including knowledge of the underlying data model as well as basic process and data flow, iProcurement, inventory, etc.
    • A proven track record developing and documenting systems requirements, and designing, prototyping and testing under multiple deadlines.
    • Skilled at technical problem solving and software change management.
    • Strong written and oral presentation skills
