Toshiba Medical Awards Centroid mult-year Infrastructure Outsourcing Contract
TOSHIBA awarded Centroid a 2-year infrastructure outsourcing services contract to manage and operate its IT infrastructure including its Hardware, Operating Systems and Databases that run Oracle EBS applications, business intelligence solutions, customer relationship management programs, Web applications, among others to provide Toshiba America Medical Systems with improved agility and cost performance. Toshiba America Medical Systems a National Medical Device company with more than 1300 employees across North America looks to gain process and system efficiencies, cost benefits and infrastructure longevity from Centroid’s “Future Proofing” Services.

Severstal North America chooses Centroid Systems, Inc. as its Oracle e-Business Applications support partner.
Severstal (SNA) implemented Oracle eBusiness Suite Applications in November 2008 and engaged Centroid as its Oracle Applications DBA in March 2008. Centroid consulting resources were added to the project team to assist in a successful Oracle Applications launch, and the Centroid consultants transitioned to the support team post go-live.
The Centroid team is supporting Oracle General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Projects, Procurement, iSupplier Portal, and Enterprise Asset Management for 400+ users for SNA. SNA migrated legacy Peoplesoft and EMPAC applications to Oracle, and the support team is currently responsible for the maintenance of 100+ RICE objects, ongoing development, an enterprise reporting framework utilizing Noetix Platform and Noetix views, as well as providing end-user training and ongoing consulting. Centroid designed and implemented a robust software load-balancing solution, integrated Oracle EBS with Oracle Internet Directory and Active Directory for Single Sign-on, implemented Oracle Enterprise Manager Grid Control, and implemented repeatable and measurable security/auditing practices.

Centroid completes the expansion of its Headquarters and AMS office space in Troy, MI to allow for the continued growth in its Outsourcing and Consulting Services.
Record sales volumes in 2007 have fueled a significant expansion of Centroid operations center and associated staff. Centroid, a leading provider of Selective Outsourcing of back office operations, has tripled its office space to support new contracts signed since January 2007.
The expanded operations facility will house a new DBA support center as well as the significantly growing outsourcing and consulting divisions. The office space expansion will also house new business units created to support contracts for around the Globe.

Centroid expands global footprint
Centroid expands global footprint to support clients in the Asia Pacific region. Scott Morrell, CEO of Centroid, says "Centroid has maintained strong growth in the selective outsourcing market and the opening of the Singapore office comes at the perfect time to continue the expansion of our global footprint". Centroid intends to maintain its steady expansion strategy throughout 2008, and will announce new AMS contracts in the coming months.
